Ephraim Mogale Municipality Bursary

Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality is offering a number of bursaries to deserving students residing within Ephraim Mogale Local municipality jurisdictional area to study at a registered and recognized tertiary institution.

Undergraduates Bursary

Bursaries will only be granted to full-time students registered in the following fields of study:

Records Management
Information Communication Technology
Town Planning
Application forms are obtainable from the offices of the Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality and the Satelite offices (Leeuwfontein, Elandskraal and Zamenkomst).

Bursary Application Requirements for 2019

Grade 12 Certificate or Statement of results,
Certified copies of salary advice/s ot parent/s or guardian/s,
Certified copy of the Identity Document of the applicant and of the parent or guardian,
Motivation letter for financial assistance and for the chosen field of study.

NB: Fraudulent documentation will immediately disqualify any applicant.

A candidate who canvasses any Employee or Councilor for preference will immediately be disqualified from the selection process.

Who Can Apply for MQA bursaries?

You must be a South African citizen

Be 35 years old or younger

Possess strong academic record

You must be unemployed

Be able to prove that you are in need of financial assistance

Completed Matric or currently in Matric

Show a genuine interest in the minerals and mining sector

Documents that must accompany your application

Certified copy of your ID document

Certified copies of death certificate of parents if deceased

Affidavit if not in contact with parents

latest Matric results

Matric certificate (certified copy) if available

Bursaries Applications Closing Date

21 December 2018 at 16:30.

Should you not have been contacted within 30 days after the closing date you must assume that your application was unsuccessful.
